The Roger's Kickin' Chicken Story.

I learned about cooking in a restaurant at age 16. I learned what good foods were and I always enjoyed cookouts, whether it was mine or someone else having it. I found myself always wanting to know how a certain recipe was cooked and what ingredients were used.

I'd look at the spices when I went to the grocery store. I'd see new types of spices, try them, and got ideas. Through trial-and-error, I found what was good and what wasn't. Then, about 1 or 2 years ago, we tried adding something new and it was great. We were careful with creating a balance of the ingredients...not too little and not too much. Finally, I came up with a recipe that was really good.

People really loved it, wanted to know what it was. My brother said I should put it out on the market. I didn't think much about it. He kept bugging me and said I was crazy not to try to sell it. I haven't found anyone that doesn't like it. So here we are, putting it on the market for you to enjoy as well.

My Kickin' Chicken spice works great on baked chicken and is even better on the grill. Sprinkle on both sides and bake until done. The grill enhances the flavor even better. For those who want barbeque flavor, sprinkle on both sides and put on the grill. Once you turn it over, start pasting barbeque sauce on it each time you turn it. AWESOME is the only word to describe it.

We're great on more than just Chicken, though.... This spice is best on chicken, but has been proven to be good on turkeys, roast, chops. Can be tried on fish and other meats as well.

Try some today. You won't be sorry. People will brag about your cooking after you do...
